Industrial Water Treatment Analytics
Effective date: 18 May 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Pure BI ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you use the Purifai mobile and web application ("Purifai" or the "Service"). Purifai is provided to industrial water treatment operators and their staff for plant monitoring, anomaly detection, and operational reporting.
Plant readings, KPI history, anomalies, trends, AI-generated findings, and simulation outputs are stored and displayed on your behalf. This data is generated by your organization's plant equipment and is provided through Purifai under your organization's account; it is not collected from your personal use of the app.
We record in-app interactions necessary to operate the service: notifications marked as read, dashboards opened, settings changed. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.
Purifai is built on a small set of third-party services that act as our processors. These providers are contractually bound to use data only to deliver their service to us:
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain your account information and operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active Purifai subscription. When an account is deleted, account data is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Push notification tokens are removed automatically when you sign out of the app or when Firebase reports the token as invalid.
We transmit all data over TLS (HTTPS) and encrypt stored data at rest using AWS-managed encryption. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito with strong password policies enforced. Access to plant data is constrained by per-user role and plant assignment.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Purifai is a workplace tool for industrial operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Purifai may store and process data in AWS regions outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
If we make material changes to this Policy, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of Purifai after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
