Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

Use the email and password your organization administrator provisioned for you. If you don't have credentials, contact your administrator or email support@pure.ai.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the reset link sent to your email. Reset links expire after one hour — request a new one if needed.

I'm not receiving push notifications for anomalies.
  • Check Settings → Notifications → Purifai on your device and ensure notifications are allowed.
  • Inside Purifai, open Settings and confirm notification preferences are enabled.
  • If you recently reinstalled the app, sign in again so we can register a fresh device token.
The dashboard shows no plant data.

This usually means your account is not linked to any plant yet, or the plant you are viewing has no recent data uploads. Use the plant switcher near the top-left to verify the selected plant, and contact your administrator if no plants are listed.

How do I generate an executive report?

Open Reports from the menu, choose a date range (daily, weekly, or monthly), and tap Generate. The PDF will download to your device and is shareable via the system share sheet.

Why does the app need notification permission?

Purifai uses push notifications to alert you about KPI anomalies and process deviations in real time. Notifications can be disabled at any time from your device settings without affecting other features.

Which languages does the app support?

English, German, Spanish, and French. Change the language from the top bar inside the app.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@pure.ai from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will permanently remove your account and personal data within 30 days, retaining only what's required for legal and audit purposes.
